Together we will hear from exciting speakers and rally in place to #EndGunViolenceIL by urging Illinois lawmakers to pass common-sense gun safety policies like SB1966 the BIO Bill to Fix The FOID system in Illinois. Today from 10:15AM – 5PM we will have virtual events and live stream remarks from exciting speakers and gun safety advocates. Throughout the day attendees will use digital platforms to ask their legislators to support SB1966.
Speakers will engage in discussions around the intersection of COVID-19 and the gun violence epidemic, and the opportunity we have here in Illinois to pass life-saving legislation like #SB1966.
